About Pastor Don

Pastor Don Eldridge has a shepherd's heart and is committed to God and the truth of His Word to help people walk in personal victory and fulfill the call of God on their lives. His life exemplifies and fulfills what the scripture says in Jeremiah 3:15;

"And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding"

Sports had an important place in his early years. During high school Don played on league and state championship football teams for Coaches Bill Miller and Brad Johnson at Placer High School in Auburn, CA. Pastor Don was a league champion wrestler under Coach Bill Flake, who was inducted into the California Wresting Hall of Fame in 2009. Don was a captain in both sports. Not having his dad around during his growing up years, God used coaches who mentored and provided inspiration for him.

Since recommitting his life to Jesus Christ during his senior year in high school (1978) Pastor Don has had a desire to know God's Word and share its truths with His people. One habit he developed early on was scripture meditation and memorization. This has helped him to walk in personal victory and operate more effectively in ministry to others.

While attending Sierra College, in Rocklin, CA, Pastor Don headed up a Christian club on campus for two years. He was involved in the local church serving as singles minister, evangelism and outreach, and ministry of helps. He was a youth pastor during his Bible college years.

Pastors Don and Deedee became engaged in August 1982 and were married after their first Semester at Bible school, January 1983. They have four children who are serving the Lord today.

After graduating from Bethany University in Santa Cruz, CA in 1985, Pastor Don and Deedee pioneered a traveling ministry for nine years, ministering in various denominations and churches. Through that time they developed an appreciation and respect for the variety of “streams” in the body of Christ.

A word given to him early in his ministry that set the tone for his itinerant work was from 1 Corinthians 12:31 (King James Version), But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet show I unto you a more excellent way.

In the traveling ministry he often taught people how to operate in the gifts of the Spirit and how to receive a prophetic word from the Lord. In the pastorate he continues in the prophetic ministry, corporately and individually speaking, "edification, exhortation and comfort." (I Corinthians 14:3).

Along with the responsibilities of the local church Pastor Don is also a market place minister. He has excelled in professional sales and has an understanding and anointing for business people. God has raised up Daniels’ and Josephs’ in the last days to fund and spread the gospel, of which he is one.

Pastor is known for his sense of humor and for being real with people. He treats people with respect and the love of God is evident. He teaches and preaches with exhortation, balance and practicality.

Along with all his responsibilities he finds time to attend his children’s sporting events, lift weights and workout in mixed martial arts, and be on Facebook!

Pastor Don's heart and vision is to have a ministry of integrity that equips believers to walk in victory through the Word in the power of the Spirit, and be prosperous in every area of life.

Pastor Don is ordained through Faith Christian Fellowship, an international ministry based in Tulsa Oklahoma.
